Instructions And Eligibility
- Fill out our Heroes Registration Form
- Book an in-person PXG fitting and bring your qualifying ID*
- Visit our PXG London South Store or book a fitting there and bring your qualifying ID*
- Email ukheroes@pxg.com with a photo of your qualifying ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the payment card used. Once the order is complete the email with card information will be deleted.
*Accepted qualifying IDs:
- British Armed Forces Identity Card
- HM Armed Forces Veterans Card
- MOD form 90
- HM Coastguard – Certificate of Competency
- HMP & Law Enforcement – Warrant Card or Official Documentation
- Fire Service Identity Card
- UKREMT Identity Certificate or Ambulance Service Identity Card
- Army Golf Association - Membership Card
- Teachers / Lecturers photo ID Access Card for a UK school, college, or university
- The Nursing and Midwifery Council PIN Number
