The face is formed from HT1770 high-strength steel. Using a high-strength steel allows for a thinner face, thereby saving critical mass. As a result, mass can be redistributed to various locations within the club head leading to a more optimized ball flight.
Vast Fitting Options
Precision Weighting Technology keeps club head mass distributed through a series of weights. PXG 0341 Fairway Woods have 11 weights – platinum colored weights made of high-density tungsten and black weights made of low-density titanium. Fine-tuning will alter the initial launch conditions allowing the golfer to achieve the best possible results without changing his or her swing.
